Officially CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. However, during our initial research with both businesses and their customers, we discovered many of them preffered the term Community Social Responsibility. They associated the word ‘Corporate’ as a business oriented term rather than one that was genuinely focused on benefiting thier customers & the community.
The purpose of the survey is to help us build a greater understanding of the value and importance that businesses place on the benefits to their ‘reputation’ by connecting and reaching their existing or potential client base through CSR activites.
